In a border zone between Senegal and Guinea Bissau, a tribe forgotten from the ethnographers continue to maintain and convey a lifestyle coming from the mists of ages. Located beyond the grassy plates and the tropical forests which surround Fouta Djalon, the “Cognagui Country” is one of the most isolated and least accessible territories in the Western North of Guinea.
