An architect coming back to Congo from Europe realizes that if leaving was hard, returning might be worse.
When a young successful architect returns home to take up a prestigious job after years of studies in France, he is confronted by the harsh reality of the family members he left behind.  Suddenly the man who managed to escape poverty has becomed a symbol of hope for those who were never offered the opportunity to leave - the one who will save them all.

In his first feature film, the late director Henri Duparc, who was no stranger to success himself, has directed a film that takes a critical look at society and the lack of oportunities for more than just a few to change society to the better, realize their dreams, live comfortable lives and make sure their children can do the same.
