An ordinary day at a local taxi rank turns out to be not so ordinary anymore for Phanuel (Chris Mapane), a small town young man who spends the whole day waiting for his friend Shampoo (Thapelo Tips Seemise) to arrive so they can go register at the university. All sorts of passengers begin to arrive but it starts looking like Phanuel's friend Shampoo will never arrive.
In the taxi the ride is not the only experience you get but you tap into lives of different people from different places, from the driver to the last passenger you experience bits and pieces of where they are from and where they are going.
