Graduated in WITS (Witwatersrand University, Johannesburg, South Africa), Darryl ELS is a most active personnality in the indie film sector of Jo'Burg. In 2010, he opens the first arthouse cinema in the city (THE BIOSCOPE) and is elected to the DFA (Docu Filmmaker Association Board).
