Director (South Africa)

Acclaimed South African director Madoda Ncayiyana's extensive experience includes stints in theatre, television and radio, as well as producing and directing numerous documentary films. His previous feature, ‘The Sky In Her Eyes' (2003) won the Djibril Diop Mambety Prize for Best African Short Film at the 2003 Cannes Film Festival.

He has a strong background in television and has directed numerous documentaries and children's series for SABC and helped develop the inaugural Takalane Sesame with the New York-based Sesame Workshop.
