Director (Sénégal)

A Dess in Audiovisual and Cinema, it was in 2000, in a hallway at the University of Nantes that Massaër Dieng, meets a young French student named Marc Picavez. Three years later, "Bul Déconné" is taking shape.

The work has been selected in many festivals including the very popular "Vues d'Afrique" in Montreal, where in 2006, he won the Special Jury price. The film, sacred ebony the best fiction in the 2005 Film Festival of Dakar, was also officially selected at the Cine Africano de Muestra of Tarifa (Spain), the Afrika Film Festival in Brussels, Festival Premiers Plans in Angers and the International Film Festival of Amiens (2005).
In 2005, Massaër Dieng experiences his first job as chief operator of the short film neither seen nor known, directed by Julie Rembauville.

He died in January 12, 2012, he is buried in the city of Touba in Senegal.
