Director (Nigeria)

Faruk Afobali Lakasi is a Nigerian director. After working for the company "Communication for Change" in Nigeria, Faruk Afobali Lakasi flew to the U.S. where he obtained his degree in film production at the famous "New York Film Academy."

Active member of " The Independent Television Producers Association of Nigeria", he also runs the production company "Ark Resouces Entertainment".

Director of TV commercials, documentaries and short films, 2007 marked the release of his first film "Changing Faces". Selected in several festivals including the 61st Cannes Film Festival at Pavilion Cinema South, "Changing faces" is the first Nigerian film to be dubbed in French.
