International Festival of Narrative Documentary

The Salina Doc Fest is dedicated to the renaissance of the documentary genre and the history of country's realities, is held annually on the island of Salina (Aeolian islands).

Giovanna Taviani, artistic director of the festival, marks the 2012 edition under the theme "Future" and "Mediterranean's women."

The latest edition of the Salina Doc Fest which was held from 20 to 25 September 2011, focused on the common values ​​that unite the Mediterranean peoples.
